Empowering Teens through Meaningful Service
How can you build a teen volunteer program at your library that engages youth in intentional ways and helps them build confidence and skills? In this webinar, we’ll share how our mid-sized, suburban library manages teen volunteers across departments, with the like-minded goal of making opportunities teen-centered and meaningful. We’ll cover logistics such as the application process, training, and retention. Throughout the session, we’ll invite you to share experiences from your own library.
This webinar is part of the State Library’s quarterly Talking Teen Services series.
