Join the Youth and Teen Librarians from Arapahoe Libraries for an exciting workshop! We will introduce you to the art of confident booktalks, demonstrate ways to engage readers of all ages with interactive strategies, and share ways to create meaningful outreach experiences. About the presenters
Catherine was a teen librarian for 12 years before moving into the Teen Services Supervisor role
at Arapahoe Libraries. She has spent lots of time visiting schools and talking about books.
Erica is a Teen Services Librarian for Arapahoe Libraries in Colorado. She spends a lot of time in schools booktalking for teens and working on ways to encourage teen interest in books of all formats.
Tanya is a Youth Services Librarian at Arapahoe Libraries in Denver, Colorado. Her favorite things about her job (if she had to pick) are a family cooking program and booktalking to kids at schools.
