Privacy and confidentiality are core values of librarianship, but what does that mean when we are interacting with our patrons on a day-to-day basis?
Join us for an interactive session as we explore how patron privacy connects to everyday customer service.
After attending this session, attendees will be able to:
- Understand how privacy and confidentiality directly connect to everyday library work.
- Discuss Colorado library law, and how library policies and procedures can guide and support patron interactions.
- Practice real world scenarios to apply learning.
